53A MODELS

 

53A Models was established in August 1987 as a joint venture by husband and wife team, John & Sue Turner; the shop deals principally in new and used model railway equipment, Scalextric and to a much lesser extent in die-cast models.

 

We are situated approximately 1.5 miles to the west of Hull city centre on the world famous Hessle Road (once the centre of the City’s renowned fishing industry) close to the junction with St. George’s Road.  Free car parking is available in the immediate vicinity.  Access by public transport is easy, with the major bus station adjacent to the main (Hull Paragon) railway station.  Buses are frequent during principal shopping hours (at least every 15 minutes); take any bus travelling along Hessle Road and ask to be put off at St. George’s Road.

 

 

OPENING HOURS

 

The shop is closed on Sundays and Mondays (except in the run-up to Christmas) and opens as follows:
